Job descriptions:

Sales Professional: High energy and passion for success coupled with your experience contacting commercial and industrial customers will qualify you for this opportunity. Responsible for generating and developing business relationships with the various appropriate level department managers and directors at customer sites. You will be selling Preventive Maintenance service agreements to protect the customer's electrical distribution systems. Technical aptitude, cold calling experience, and consultative selling skills required. Knowledge of electrical distribution components and facility operations/management is preferred. Educational requirements as well as your years of experience are not as important as your ability and desire to sell! Compensation package includes base salary, incentive, vehicle program and reimbursed business expenses.

 

General Manager: Responsible for managing the business operations and preventive maintenance service departments. Will supervise sales staff, service manager, technicians, and administrative support personnel. Will have P&L responsibility and will set direction to grow the contractor's preventive maintenance service as well as associated project business. Ten years progressive experience in the electrical contracting, or other service related business required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Complete compensation package includes bonus, vehicle program, and reimbursed business expenses.

 

Service Manager: Responsible for management of the electrical maintenance service department including selling specific repair services to existing customers. You will oversee the maintenance department technicians as well as coordinate their schedules for testing and repair services. Expertise in estimating and selling small project negotiated work is required. Familiarity with all other aspects of running a service truck and technicians is also needed. Your ability to grow a recurring maintenance service business is critical to the overall success of the preventive maintenance service department and will be recognized and rewarded as such. Salary is commensurate with experience.

 

Electrician/Technician: Experience working within the commercial electrical contracting industry as a maintenance electrician preferred. Knowledge of the various nondestructive testing techniques including Infrared Thermographic Imaging, Ultrasonic testing and Power quality analysis is helpful. Customer service skills are necessary as is the ability to follow specific protocols and procedures when working with energized electrical distribution systems. Computer skills and the ability to use a laptop PC as well as all associated software required. Compensation is geographically and industry specific based on your level of experience.

Manager Technical Training and Support: Based at our world headquarters, we seek a high energy, forward thinking, and polished Technical Professional who can follow our systems in training and developing Electrician/Technicians at our Licensed locations throughout the world. This opportunity will allow for you to use your technical expertise to teach and train Electricians who perform predictive analysis and preventative maintenance services that protect commercial electrical distribution systems. This position will require extensive travel throughout North America, Australia, the UK and Western Europe thus far. Also, you will be responsible for class-room setting training as well as field training at specifically assigned locations. Experience working within the commercial electrical contracting industry as a maintenance electrician preferred. Knowledge of the various nondestructive testing techniques including Infrared Thermographic Imaging, Ultrasonic testing and Power quality analysis is helpful. Customer service skills are necessary as is the ability to follow specific protocols and procedures when working with energized electrical distribution systems. Compensation is commensurate with experience and will include a competitive base salary, bonus potential, 401k, and other attractive corporate benefits.
