Preston D. Bond
Chairman

Mr. Bond has served as our Chairman since August 1997, Director since June 1992 and as our President from February 1993 until August 1997. From 1979 until March 1996, Mr. Bond was a Director of The Linc Corporation, and served as Vice Chairman of The Linc Corporation from February 1993 until March 1996. Mr. Bond was President of The Linc Corporation from October 1979 to February 1993.

John Bobek
Vice President, Strategy & Globalization (JCI)

Mr. Bobek has served as our Director since March 1996. Since 1991, Mr. Bobek has been a Vice President of Johnson Controls, Inc., located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Bobek was Vice President, Business Planning & Development, Controls Group and from 1992 to 1995 was Vice President, Marketing & Delivery Systems, Systems & Services North America. Since 1995 Mr. Bobek has been serving as Vice President, Strategy & Globalization, Systems & Services Worldwide.

Joseph A. Walicki
Vice President (JCI)

Mr. Walicki became a TEGG Director in January 2005. Mr. Walicki has been Vice President, Operations-Systems for Johnson Controls, Inc., located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, since 2004. Prior to this position, Mr. Walicki was a Johnson Controls Area Manager.

Robert C. Walker
Sr. Vice President and General Counsel (HSB)

Mr. Walker became our Director in February 2000. Mr. Walker has been a Senior Vice President and General Counsel for HSB Group, Inc., located in Hartford, Connecticut, since 1994.

Richard W. Evon
Vice President, Engineering (HSB)

Mr. Evon has served as our Director since December 1997. Mr. Evon has been a Vice President for The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company located at Hartford, Connecticut. Since August 1996 Mr. Evon has served as Vice President, Commercial Loss Control. From 1989 to August 1996 Mr. Evon served as Regional Vice President, Western Engineering.

Nancy Onken
Vice President (HSB)

Ms. Onken became our Director in February 2000. Ms. Onken has been a Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Claims for The Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Co., located in Hartford, Connecticut, since 1997. From 1995 to 1997 Ms. Onken was Director of Claims, and from 1989 to 1995 was Assistant Counsel in the Law Department at The Hartford Steam Boiler Insurance and Inspection Co.

Gary W. Groom
President (Finance Specialists, LLC)

Mr. Groom became a TEGG Director in March 2006. Mr. Groom has been the President of Finance Specialists LLC located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, since August 2001, and Chief Operating Officer for Sargent Electric Company, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania since March 2006. From December 2000 until August 2001, Mr. Groom was the Treasurer of Ionics Incorporated, now GE Water, located in Watertown, Massachusetts.

Dale F. Keller Jr.

Mr. Keller became a TEGG Director in March 2006. Mr. Keller has been the CEO/President of Keller Strategic Enterprises, located in Lexington, Kentucky, since 1997.

Albert Nelson

Mr. Nelson became a TEGG Director in March 2006. Mr. Nelson became the COO of SC Power Systems, Inc., located in San Francisco, California in April 2006. From January 2005 to April 2006, Mr. Nelson was the Director of Government and Military Programs for Direct Drive Systems, Inc. located in Cerritos, California. From June 2002 to January 2005, Mr. Nelson was a Partner for Principal Finance Specialists, LLC. located, in San Jose, California. From November 1999 to June 2002, Mr. Nelson was the Vice President of Product and Business Development for Cheng Power Systems, Inc. located, in Mountain View, California.
