Lowry Stoops
President

Mr. Stoops became our President in December 2001. From November 1996 until November 2001, Mr. Stoops served as President of Tudi Mechanical Systems, located in Pittsburgh, PA. From 1995 until November 1996, Mr. Stoops was employed as a sales manager at Limbach Co., located in Pittsburgh, PA. From 1993 until 1995, Mr. Stoops was employed at TEGG and served as TEGG's Executive Vice President.

James P. Smith
Senior Vice President

Mr. Smith became our Senior Vice President of Marketing and Professional Development in August 2001, and has been our Vice President since the company's inception in February 1993. Prior to joining TEGG, Mr. Smith was employed by The Linc Corporation in 1981 as Sales & Management Training Manager, and became Director of Operations in January 1985. From January 1986 to October 1988, Mr. Smith was Vice President of Marketing and Operations of The Linc Corporation, and served as Vice President of Franchise Development from October 1988 until January 1991. From January 1991 to February 1993, Mr. Smith served as Vice President of New Business Development for The Linc Corporation.

David Cernich
Senior Vice President, License/Franchise Sales

Mr. Cernich became our Sr. Vice President of License/Franchise Sales in January 2003, and had previously served as Vice President, Franchise Sales, from January 1997 to January 2003. From 1983 to 1987, Mr. Cernich served as a Sales Representative for Sheaffer Eaton Textron. From 1988 to 1991, Mr. Cernich served as Human Resource Recruiter for The Linc Corporation. From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Cernich served as a Sales Representative, then becoming a Regional Sales Manager, for Sheaffer Pen. In 1995 Mr. Cernich came to TEGG and served as Manager of Human Resources until January 1997.

David A. Santillo
Vice President, License/Franchise Sales

Mr. Santillo became our Vice President, License/Franchise Sales, in January 2003. Mr. Santillo previously served as our Vice President of Sales Support from November 2001 to January 2003, and from August 2001 until November 2001, Mr. Santillo was our Director of Sales Support. From January 2001 until August 2001 Mr. Santillo served as Director of Sales Development & Support. Prior to January 2001 Mr. Santillo served as our Manager of Sales Support from January 2000 until January 2001. From January 1995 until January 2000 Mr. Santillo was employed at Thermal Industries, located in Pittsburgh, PA, serving as their National Sales Specialist.

Richard D. Marx
Vice President, Finance

Mr. Marx became our Vice President, Finance, in January 2003 and was elected Treasurer in February 2004. Prior to that, he had served as TEGG's Comptroller from July 2001 until January 2003. From 1976 until July 2001, Mr. Marx was employed at Sargent Electric Company in Pittsburgh, PA, as their Treasurer.

Erik H. Lorensen
Vice President, Service Development Team

Mr. Lorensen became our Vice President, Service Development Team in January 2007 and prior to that served as our Director, Service Development Team since October 2003. Mr. Lorensen began his employment at TEGG in March 2003 as Manager, Service Development Team. From August 1998 until March 2003 Mr. Lorensen was employed at Aramark Corporation, located in Pennsylvania, serving as Senior Account Manager.

Brian S. Myers
Vice President, Service Development Team

Mr. Myers became our Vice President, Service Development Team in January 2007 and prior to that served as our Director, Service Development Team since April 2004. Mr. Myers was Director of Sales for Microsys Computing, Inc. located in Ohio from October 2003 to April 2004. From April 2001 until October 2003 Mr. Myers served as Manager, Service Development Team for TEGG.

Joseph D. Gierlach
Vice President, Technical Training and Support

Mr. Gierlach became our Vice President, Technical Training and Support in January 2007 and prior to that served as our Director, Technical Training and Support since December 2002. Prior to his employment at TEGG, Mr. Gierlach was an electrician/instrumentation technician for RMI Titanium, located in Ohio, from July 2001 until December 2002.

Glenn E. Mack
Vice President of Strategic Recruiting

Mr. Mack became our Vice President of Strategic Recruiting in January 2007 and prior to that served as our Director of Strategic Recruiting from January 2004 until January 2007. Mr. Mack began his employment at TEGG as Manager of Strategic Recruiting in October 2001.
