Joe Gierlach, Vice President of Technical Training and Support at ABM Franchising Group, will share his expertise at the Louisiana Engineering Society’s Joint Engineering Societies Conference in Lafayette, Louisiana. The event brings engineering professionals together for technical education and professional development.

The topic of Gierlach’s talk will be NFPA-70B Maintenance Standard – From “You Should” to “You Shall.” Gierlach has previously addressed this industry shift in trainings and presentations, and has long championed the importance of proactive maintenance practices like those the standard now requires.

Since joining ABM Franchising Group in 2002, Gierlach has advanced through technical training leadership roles and serves as the TEGG network’s primary NFPA 70E and NFPA 70B trainer. His work helps TEGG franchise teams strengthen their electrical safety and maintenance knowledge.

We’re proud of Joe’s leadership in electrical safety education—and proud to see him share with the broader industry the expertise he brings to our franchise network.
